itchconfig

This is the home page of the itchconfig project. itchconfig is a tool for the flexible, non-interactive configuration of software packages on Unix-like operating systems. Similar to the GNU autoconf/automake tools, a configure script generated by itchconfig checks several properties of a user's computer (C compiler, libraries, ...) and generates all files (e.g. the Makefile) which are necessary to build an executable program from the source code of a software package on the user's computer.

Requirements:

Download version 0.0.4 via HTTP mirrors or FTP (released 19 November 2002; 94 KB; gzipped archive file containing source code and documentation)

itchconfig is Copyright (C) 2002 Arne Thomaßen. It is basically released and may be distributed under the terms and conditions of version 2 or (at your option) any later version of the GNU General Public License (so it's especially released without any warranty!) with special exceptions for the generated configuration script files. Please read the file COPYING in the release package for more detailed information. - You can find a copy of version 2 of the GNU General Public License in the package (see above for download) and on the GNU web pages.
